Amazing Museums in Tampa, Florida
"Located on the northern tip of the Sand Key barrier island, the small park is a favorite getaway from the city. Sand Key Park is one of the best places to go in Clearwater for relaxation. The family-friendly Sand Key Park is fringed by white-sand beaches, featuring cute beach cabanas to escape the sun."

"Moccasin Lake Nature Park can be found just fifteen minutes’ drive to the east of the city center. As well as ponds and creeks, it encompasses verdant forests and a flood plain with hiking trails and a boardwalk weaving their way amidst them. A very picturesque place, the park is named for the large lake that lies in its southwest corner."
"Manatees are amazing and this is a great free attraction in the colder months that all the family can enjoy. Observation of this endangered species of marine mammals is experienced from the purpose-built boardwalks and observation decks. When the bay waters get colder, the manatees congregate in large numbers near the TECO power plant to take advantage of the clean, warm water in the station's discharge canal."
"Tampa Electric Manatee Viewing Center was born from the discharge canal of the city’s power station. Because this clean Tampa Bay water was used to cool a power unit, it warmed before it released back into the bay via the canal. Manatees naturally began converging in the warm water during cold weather."
"One of the fun things to do in Tampa Bay for kids is seeing the Manatees. These gentle giants can be found throughout southern Florida, but are shy and can be hard to find. But we arrived at the perfect time of year."
"Craig Park is a waterfront oasis nestled on the banks of the Whitcomb Bayou. It is a hidden treasure of the city, offering a more relaxing and chill ambiance."
"The entire campus is b-e-a-utiful but the minarets of Plant Hall are definitely the most photo worthy backdrop. View this post on Instagram. A post shared by The University of Tampa (@uoftampa) on Aug 26, 2020 at 6:19am PDT"
"Inspired by the speakeasies that once populated Ybor City in the 1920s, this cafe began as a literal fashion plate: The home for locally made selvage jeans and hand-screen T-shirts. You'll still find fashion to spare, but you can also grab a cafe con leche and pick up a partner for chess while you eavesdrop on the latest tech project underway at the neighboring co-work space."
"Blind Tiger is a unique coffee shop, with locations all around the Tampa area. This Tampa coffee spot puts their spin on modern decor by adding grungy and vintage vibes. Our favorite location is in the restaurant area of Sparkman Wharf!"
"A modern-minimalist's dream with a chill, down-to-earth vibe. Menu: Coffee, tea, kombucha on tap and a small selection of pastries. Life is too short for bad coffee, and you can always count on Blind Tiger to deliver."
"Would be nice if someone answered the phone to place an order. Tried for 1 hour, no answer. Will take my business somewhere they have time for their cust..."
"The University of South Florida Contemporary Art Museum (USFCAM) has different art exhibits from around the world. The exhibits are constantly changing, so you can keep returning and see new things on display. They work alongside the College of the Arts to introduce students, teachers, and the community to new trends in art and culture."
"When it comes to listing Tampa's Instagrammable spots, no list is complete without the inclusion of Hyde Park Village. Many of its shops and eateries are Instagrammable on their own, and combined they offer a bevy of options for beautifying your feed. From Bartaco's yummy tacos and boho interior to the Have A Nice Day mural and Sprinkles Cupcake ATM, choosing a spot will be your hardest task."
"South of downtown, in Tampa's oldest and most affluent neighborhood, is one of the city's most upscale shopping destinations. The 265,000-square-foot Hyde Park Village shopping district covers seven blocks of street retail, offices and dining. The open-air environment offers a park-like atmosphere with outdoor pathways and seating and is a fantastic place to people-watch and window shop."
"This open-air shopping hub, part of a lovely Hyde Park mosaic of dining and entertainment establishments, includes a range of big-name brands and boutiques alike. Notable stores include Anthropologie, Brooks Brothers, Williams-Sonoma, and Pottery Barn."
"Despite being a small shopping center, Town Square Center offers just what you will need during your trip. Here you will find a pet store, hair salon, spa, home needs, clothes, fitness needs, cafes, and restaurants. You can buy unique and stylish clothes at A."
