The Absolute Best Brunch Spots in Miami
"Though in many cities brunch is reserved for Saturday and Sunday, other cities also have people with jobs they can legally explain. Blue Collar gets Miami’s flex schedule lifestyle and offers a full brunch menu all day, every day. So if you’re hankering for brioche French toast, shrimp and grits, or a massive breakfast burrito with chipotle sour cream and 3pm on a Monday, they’re happy to oblige."
"The term “comfort food” never made more sense than it does right now, when your anxiety can be easily quelled by a big, savory side of beef. Nobody does brisket better than Blue Collar, where you can still enjoy that braised beef with mashed potatoes and jus, with nothing to clean up after your food coma.Cost: $20; Orders by calling the restaurant at 305.756.0366"

"After a hard night of clubbing or bar-hopping, nothing's better than a hefty sandwich from this walk-up counter right off Collins Avenue. Crusty French bread is piled high with your choice of meats (from turkey and prosciutto to pate and smoked salmon), cheeses (fresh mozzarella, swiss, brie) and condiments (never skip the cornichons). If you need a veggie fix, opt for a salad, like the French Riviera (lettuce, tomatos, green and hot peppers, black olives, onions, cucumbers, cornichons, carrots, and egg); all are generous, fresh and tasty."
"La Sandwicherie features daily fresh ingredients, crisp baguettes or soft croissants and the added magic of the infamous vinaigrette that make for a true taste sensation. They’re also open every day from 7am to 5am so whether you’re wanting a lunch or you’re needing an after-bar snack La Sandwicherie has you covered!"
"It’s hard to go wrong at this South Beach sandwich mecca, but after a morning of sun and waves, we find ourselves craving this summery combo of turkey, avocado and lots of veggies. 229 14th St.; 305-532-8934 orlasandwicherie.com. RELATED: The Best Fried Chicken in Miami, Ranked"
"We started off with dining at Steak 954, located at the W Hotel where I was staying. I must say that I loved the place, as from the moment you enter the restaurant you can get impressed by huge tanks filled with jellyfish. As the name indicates the restaurant is a steakhouse, but I must say that I went for the lobster with truffle mac&cheese instead and didn’t regret it."

Yelpers rave about this European bakery's brownies, cookies and pies, any of which are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. "LoKal is a hip Coconut Grove restaurant operated by top Miami chef Matthew Kuscher, serving up sustainably-sourced burgers and gastropub fare in an industrial-chic venue. The restaurant, which opened to the public in 2011, is named for the German word for "meeting place" and is the first restaurant within Miami-Dade County to use 100% renewable energy for all of its operations. Locally-sourced and sustainably-produced ingredients are used in all meals, including grass-fed burgers sourced from nearby Fort McCoy Ranch."
